Description

You will provide technical desktop support within a large corporate environment, managing Windows 10 OS imaging and deployment across large-scale systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot VDI creation and connectivity issues.
• Maintain networked printers, including queue creation and server maintenance.
• Support Windows and Macintosh OS platforms, including portable devices.
• Prioritize competing requests and support planned activities or emergency situations during extended hours.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of desktop support experience in a corporate setting.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM and Active Directory.
• Proficiency with Windows and Macintosh OS.
• Working knowledge of Symantec antivirus and Bitlocker.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, Windows Networking, and Ethernet.
• Experience supporting call center or help desk environments.
• Proficiency with PC-based word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software.
• Valid driving license and access to a personal car for transportation.

Preferred Skills

• MCP or A+ Certifications.
