Description

Provide local IT service management and technical support to ensure efficient office operations and infrastructure stability in Kasoa, Ghana.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, inventory tracking, replacement planning, and secure destruction of hardware.
• Deploy customized Windows images to laptops for new joiners and provide technical orientation to prevent security flaws.
• Maintain the telephony platform by coordinating with vendors and regional telephony teams to ensure 24/7 operational availability.
• Coordinate with the infrastructure team on server maintenance, security patches, and critical issue investigations.
• Administer access control systems and CCTV data management while supporting company events through hardware setup.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Proficiency in hardware installation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows image deployment and management.
• Ability to manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle processes.
• Knowledge of server maintenance and security patch coordination.
• Experience managing access control and CCTV systems.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Availability for 24/7 on-call critical support.
