Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot Outlook and networking settings.
• Perform laptop and desktop hardware repairs and configurations.
• Manage software upgrades and system maintenance.
• Maintain endpoint security using antivirus tools.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in desktop support.
• Hands-on experience with desktop and laptop repair.
• Proficiency in Outlook configuration and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Experience with software upgradation processes.
• Competency in antivirus and security management.
