You will provide technical assistance to end-users to ensure productive daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
- Resolve technical problems through phone, remote assistance, or in-person support.
- Manage technology inventory and perform system upgrades.
- Provide basic technical training to users.
Required Skills
