You will provide technical assistance to end-users to ensure productive daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
  • Resolve technical problems through phone, remote assistance, or in-person support.
  • Manage technology inventory and perform system upgrades.
  • Provide basic technical training to users.

Required Skills

  • Desktop Support experience.
  • Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • IT Support and general IT engineering capabilities.
  • Hardware engineering and support knowledge.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
  • Diploma in a relevant field.
