Description

You will provide technical support and maintain desktop infrastructure in Mumbai.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure hardware and software components on user workstations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving Windows OS and networking.
• Provide remote support to resolve user hardware and software problems.
• Maintain and manage physical networking equipment and hardware assets.

Required Skills

• Experience with Windows OS installation and configuration.
• Proficiency in hardware and networking fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with technical troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform remote support and configuration tasks.
• Any Graduate degree.
• 0 to 5 years of relevant experience.
