Description

You provide onsite technical support to end users in Mumbai.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve assigned support tickets within established timelines.
• Troubleshoot domain-related issues and client-base applications.
• Configure and support O365 services including Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook email.
• Manage and maintain network printer connectivity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support.
• Proficiency in Outlook email configuration.
• Hands-on experience with network printer support.
• Experience managing O365 applications (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook).
• Ability to provide onsite end-user desk support.
• Strong communication skills.
• Availability to work in rotational shifts.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
