Description

You will provide onsite technical support across multiple warehouse locations in New Jersey, resolving desktop and workstation issues to maintain operational uptime.

Responsibilities

• Support hardware and software issues for both Windows and macOS environments.
• Communicate technical solutions to warehouse staff in Spanish.
• Travel between different warehouse sites as required.
• Resolve desktop and workstation issues onsite to maintain operational uptime.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of experience in desktop support roles.
• Fluency in Spanish is mandatory; you will undergo a language evaluation.
• Strong technical proficiency with macOS.
• Strong technical proficiency with Windows.
• Ability to work onsite in New Jersey.
• Ability to travel to various warehouse locations.
