Description

You will provide onsite technical support for end users in Oklahoma City, resolving desktop hardware and software issues to maintain workstation stability and connectivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve desktop-related hardware and software issues promptly.
• Maintain local workstation stability and connectivity across the facility.
• Provide direct, onsite assistance to users.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot end-user technical problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support roles.
• Proven track record as a Desktop Support Engineer.
• Ability to work onsite in Oklahoma City, OK.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
