Description

Provide technical support for end-user computing devices and infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, Apple device, printer, scanner, and fax machine issues.
• Manage machine re-imaging, patching, and software deployment.
• Deliver dedicated VIP support and manage vendor relationships for hardware and software.
• Provide ITIL-based support for the EUC environment and corporate mobile devices.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience supporting EUC devices within IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
• Hands-on knowledge of Outlook, MS Teams, Skype, SharePoint, and MS Office.
• Experience with user profile management.
• Working knowledge of VPN, VDI, and antivirus technologies.
• Understanding of ITIL processes.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for customer service.

Preferred Skills

• Degree or equivalent graduation.
