Description

You will lead and mentor a team of EUC specialists while managing the lifecycle of end-user devices and hardware standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of EUC specialists through technical guidance and coaching.
• Oversee the management, maintenance, and configuration of desktops, laptops, and other end-user devices.
• Develop and enforce standards for hardware, operating systems, software applications, and configurations.
• Manage relationships with EUC technology vendors, service providers, and contractors.
• Perform direct hands-on problem resolution and escalation management for application service interruptions and end-user troubles.
• Coordinate vendor support for complex technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in EUC or desktop support roles.
• Advanced troubleshooting of Windows 11, Microsoft Office, and other authorized desktop applications.
• Expertise in Microsoft O365, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Digital Certificates configuration.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and MFA configuration in end-user systems.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting VPNs and basic network/WIFI connectivity in LAN/WAN environments.
• Technical support experience with Google Suite and Bomgar.
• Hands-on experience with printer and peripheral device setup and troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform extensive diagnostic information gathering and problem analysis.
• Bachelor's degree.
