Lead EUC specialists and manage the lifecycle of end-user devices, hardware standards, and technical escalations in Pune.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to EUC specialists.
• Oversee maintenance, configuration, and lifecycle management of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Develop and enforce standards for hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Manage relationships with EUC technology vendors, service providers, and contractors.
• Perform hands-on problem resolution and escalation management for application service interruptions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in EUC or desktop support roles.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows 11.
• Advanced troubleshooting of Windows 11, Microsoft Office, and authorized desktop applications.
• Expertise in Microsoft O365, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Digital Certificates configuration.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and MFA configuration.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting VPNs and basic network/WIFI connectivity in LAN/WAN environments.
• Technical support experience with Google Suite and Bomgar.
