Description

You will provide hands-on technical support across multiple branch locations, managing incidents, resolving hardware issues, and maintaining IT assets.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct branch support visits, troubleshooting desktops, laptops, LAN, switches, printers, and Outlook configuration.
• Manage incidents and service requests using the ticketing system, ensuring SLA adherence.
• Coordinate with central and regional IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain regional inventory of IT assets, managing deployment, replacement, and physical verification.
• Enforce IT security policies and document support activities and asset records.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a multi-branch environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, LAN/WAN, and Switches.
• Experience with ticketing systems and SLA-driven support processes.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and configuration problems.
• Familiarity with IT security practices and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
