Description

You provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade Windows, applications, and security patches.
• Resolve basic network issues including LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and VPN.
• Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions in Active Directory.
• Perform system imaging, backups, and device deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
• Experience managing Active Directory user accounts.
• Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and VPN troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Outlook and Office 365 environments.
• Experience with IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Ability to use ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
