Responsibilities

• Deliver service desk support for end-users.
• Manage devices using Microsoft Intune.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Lenovo hardware.
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to executive-level stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Microsoft Intune experience.
• MS Windows proficiency.
• Level 1 knowledge of Microsoft products.
• Experience supporting Lenovo hardware.
• Strong communication skills for executive interaction.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
