You will manage the full lifecycle of desktop support for users in Santa Clara, CA, ensuring hardware, software, and network issues are resolved efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Manage device lifecycle and deployments using JAMF, Intune (Microsoft Endpoint Manager), and SCCM.
• Resolve hardware and peripheral issues involving CPUs, RAM, storage, and input devices.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues using TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations.
• Track IT assets and inventory while managing tickets in ServiceNow and Jira Service Management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Desktop Support Engineer.
• Proficiency with JAMF, SCCM, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager for device management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Jira Service Management ticketing systems.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and remote desktop protocols (RDP).
• Ability to install and support Office 365, SharePoint, and antivirus software.
• Experience managing Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments.
• Strong communication skills for effective end-user support and collaboration.
