Description

You will manage and maintain the organization's Windows desktop infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build, customize, and maintain Windows desktop images using specified tools.
• Ensure desktop images meet organizational security and compliance standards.
• Manage and deploy Windows updates, feature upgrades, and driver/firmware updates.
• Validate all updates in test environments prior to production rollout and troubleshoot failures.
• Manage endpoint configuration and policy via GPOs and device profiles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support engineering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune for image building and deployment.
• Experience with AutoPilot for device provisioning.
• Strong skills in PowerShell Scripting for automation (e.g., Azure AD join/hybrid join).
• Expertise in Endpoint Configuration and Policy Management using GPOs.
• Experience defining and enforcing Security Baselines and Compliance Policies.
• Experience managing driver and firmware updates.
