Description

We’re looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Thane. If you're skilled in Linux, server management, and love solving technical problems, we’d love to hear from you!
 

Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, and IT peripherals
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, especially on Linux systems
Manage user accounts, permissions, and backups
Support server setups and maintenance tasks
Ensure smooth daily IT operations in coordination with the IT team
 

Skills & Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk
Strong knowledge of Linux OS
Basic experience in server setup/maintenance
Familiarity with network troubleshooting is a plus
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
 

Location: On-site, Thane
