Description

Provide end-user support and maintain IT operations for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, with a focus on Linux systems.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and data backups.
• Support server setup and routine maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with the IT team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk.
• Strong knowledge of Linux OS.
• Basic experience in server setup and maintenance.
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
