Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for employees.
• Provide technical support using remote support tools and techniques.
• Resolve desktop-related incidents independently and within a team.
• Maintain clear communication during support interactions.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in desktop support or a similar technical role.
• Proficiency in desktop support and troubleshooting.
• Experience using remote support tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be locally available in Bahrain.
• Any Graduate degree.
