Description

You will provide enterprise-level desktop and manufacturing IT support within a regulated laboratory and data center environment.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing and lab IT systems, including scanners, Zebra printers, tablets, and PCs attached to specialized test equipment.
• Manage the full IT asset lifecycle, including collection, imaging, allocation, recovery, and secure disposal.
• Execute power shutdown maintenance activities for network devices and servers in the data center.
• Perform L1 troubleshooting and rack-and-stack tasks for routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Troubleshoot AV devices including projectors, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, cameras, and displays.
• Coordinate with Network, Server, and OEM teams to resolve high-priority incidents.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in desktop and manufacturing IT support.
• Experience working within GMP, GxP, or clean room environments.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and lab IT equipment and specialized devices.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Ability to follow strict change control protocols for patching and reboots.
• Understanding of data center maintenance and power shutdown procedures.
• Experience with mobile device management and mobility support.
• Familiarity with 5S (LEAN) methodologies for IT room and data center organization.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and PPE requirements for lab and manufacturing settings.
