Manage desktop and printer infrastructure for the Shepherdsville warehouse, ensuring operational efficiency and device availability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for the Shepherdsville location, training new hires on McKesson procedures and proprietary software.
• Troubleshoot, install, and maintain laptops, printers, and mobile devices, including daily checks of 300 warehouse printers and 156 workstations.
• Deploy end-user devices and equipment within defined SLAs while managing IT stockroom inventory and asset disposal.
• Respond to technical inquiries, manage escalations, and collaborate with operations to resolve issues and improve workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support, preferably within warehouse or distribution center environments.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with printers, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting and Service Now.
• Ability to train staff on proprietary software and internal knowledge bases.
• Strong inventory management and asset tracking capabilities.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
