Description

You will provide local and remote desktop support, performing fault diagnosis and resolution for hardware, software, and application issues.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests involving desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, drivers, and software suites.
• Manage the full asset lifecycle, including inventory audits, stockroom management, equipment movement, and disposal.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party engineers for onsite maintenance and smart hand requests for network and printer activities.
• Document all troubleshooting steps and ticket updates within the ticketing system to meet SLA targets.
• Perform quality assurance testing, unboxing, and setup of hardware for end users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Windows Desktop support.
• Proficiency in OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with hardware asset management and inventory tracking.
• Hands-on experience using ticketing tools and following incident/service request processes.
• Ability to provide remote assistance for PC setups and upgrades.
• Knowledge of iPhone configuration and basic network troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for preparing ticket and inventory reports.
• Fluency in French, Dutch, and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Experience supporting manufacturing and production line IT environments.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in client management and deskside support.
