Description

Provide local and remote desktop support for hardware, software, and application issues in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and drivers.
  • Manage asset lifecycle including inventory audits, stockroom management, and disposal.
  • Coordinate with vendors for onsite maintenance and network or printer activities.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and updates in the ticketing system to meet SLA targets.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Windows Desktop support.
  • Proficiency in OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with hardware asset management and inventory tracking.
  • Hands-on experience using ticketing tools and incident processes.
  • Ability to provide remote assistance for PC setups and upgrades.
  • Knowledge of iPhone configuration and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting.
  • Fluency in French, Dutch, and English.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing and production line IT environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in client management and deskside support.
