Provide local and remote desktop support for hardware, software, and application issues in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and drivers.
- Manage asset lifecycle including inventory audits, stockroom management, and disposal.
- Coordinate with vendors for onsite maintenance and network or printer activities.
- Document troubleshooting steps and updates in the ticketing system to meet SLA targets.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Windows Desktop support.
- Proficiency in OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with hardware asset management and inventory tracking.
- Hands-on experience using ticketing tools and incident processes.
- Ability to provide remote assistance for PC setups and upgrades.
- Knowledge of iPhone configuration and basic network troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting.
- Fluency in French, Dutch, and English.
- Experience supporting manufacturing and production line IT environments.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in client management and deskside support.
