Description

Job Description:

• Manage the complete lifecycle of IT hardware assets including laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory, tagging, tracking, and reconciliation .
• Handle hardware procurement, deployment, transfers, returns, and disposal .
• Update asset records in ServiceNow or other IT asset management tools .
• Coordinate hardware refreshes, replacements, and employee onboarding/offboarding.
• Conduct periodic asset audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Provide basic desktop/hardware troubleshooting and end-user support .
• Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
