Provide on-site technical support and hardware management at the Enschede location.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware break/fix, device deployments, and hardware refreshes.
• Manage user lifecycle tasks including starters, leavers, and movers.
• Execute data migration, data restoration, and data erasure processes.
• Handle meeting room device management and physical inventory scheduling.
• Provide hands and eyes support for local projects and managed deployment services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or technical services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Autopilot and Intune.
• Experience managing devices via SCCM.
• Working knowledge of Azure AD.
• Experience with SharePoint administration.
• Hands-on experience with data migration and recovery.
• Ability to manage printer supplies and local hardware inventory.
