Description

Provide onsite desk-side support and local IT services to end users in Aibonito, Puerto Rico.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices including iOS and Android.
• Build and configure hardware using "Gold" images and manage application installations.
• Maintain meeting room environments, video conferencing tools, printers, and scanners.
• Perform smart hands support in the data center, including rack and stack, cabling, and component replacement.
• Manage end-user data backups, restorations, and daily tape rotation routines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Desktop, EUC, or Site Support roles.
• Proficiency with Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting PC and laptop hardware components.
• Experience using a Call Logging system for incident management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SCCM.
• Ability to install, troubleshoot, and replace modules in data center equipment.
• Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
• Experience managing peripherals and mobile device hardware.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of current and legacy hardware platforms.
