Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of desktop devices, hardware, software, and connectivity incidents as the primary site contact for IT-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity incidents, including break-fix services for laptops and desktops.
• Manage IMAC and desk-side support services, including hardware replacements and patch updates.
• Deploy and maintain standard desktop images and monitor security profiles and anti-virus compliance.
• Analyze service desk data to identify training requirements or opportunities for automation.
• Provide VIP desk-side support and manage spare and buffer stock.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or EUC roles.
• Proficiency with Windows 7 OS.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar service management tools.
• Hands-on expertise with EUC tools and remote support tools.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
• Understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request management.
• Knowledge of VPN and Lync.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and smart hands/feet support.
• Experience supporting MAC devices and tablets.
