Description

Provide onsite technical support for end-user computing devices and infrastructure at the Lewisville location.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware break-fix support for desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Deliver deskside software support, including installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Execute hands and feet support for servers, IP telephony, video conferencing, and audio visual systems.
• Manage equipment lifecycles through refresh, disposal, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and OEMs for hardware repairs and service requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in end-user computing or desktop support.
• Proven ability to install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Experience providing deskside support for desktop applications and software.
• Ability to manage hardware inventory and maintain technical documentation like SOPs and troubleshooting guides.
• Competency in coordinating moves, adds, and changes for EUC equipment.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
