Description

You will provide end-user computing support and hardware maintenance for desktop devices in Meyzieu.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage hardware, software, and connectivity incidents from initial report through to resolution.
• Execute IMAC tasks, desk-side support, and break-fix services for laptops and desktops.
• Maintain desktop configurations including patch updates, hardware replacements, and OS imaging.
• Monitor security profiles and anti-virus compliance on all assigned devices.
• Provide VIP support and act as the primary on-site point of contact for IT-related issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop or EUC support roles.
• Proficiency with Windows 7 OS.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar service management tools.
• Strong expertise in EUC tools, remote support tools, MS Office, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of VPN and Lync.
• Understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request management.
• Experience managing spare and buffer stock.
• Any Graduate degree or equivalent technical qualification.
