Description

Provide onsite technical support for end-user computing devices and infrastructure at the Zaventem location.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware break-fix support for desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Deliver deskside software support, including installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Execute hands and feet support for servers, IP telephony, video conferencing, and audio-visual systems.
• Manage equipment lifecycles including refreshes, disposals, and inventory management.
• Maintain knowledge management documentation such as SOPs and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop or end-user computing support.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Ability to install and support authorized desktop software and applications.
• Experience with hardware break-fix and hands and feet support for server environments.
• Competency in managing IT inventory and equipment moves/adds/changes.
• Fluency in the local language and a good standard of English.
