Description

You will perform hardware repair and deployment tasks within a directed service delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute hardware repair activities including replaceable unit swapping and whole unit replacement.
• Load software onto devices following specific scripts.
• Perform unit testing and incident-specific activities as directed by the Help Desk or Service Desk.
• Complete routine installs, moves, adds, and changes, including PC peripherals and printer fixes.
• Handle service calls within Next Business Day (NBD) and Same Business Day (SBD) frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in field technician or desktop support roles.
• Experience with complex desktop and laptop break-fix work.
• Proficiency in loading software via scripts.
• Ability to perform hardware component replacement and unit testing.
• Reliable transportation for travel between various locations.
• Ability to work within highly directed service delivery environments.
• Experience servicing PCs, peripherals, and electronic equipment.

Education

• Any Graduate degree.
