You will provide technical support and administration for desktop systems and network infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot desktop hardware and software application issues.
• Manage IT service operations to ensure system availability.
• Administer systems and network components to maintain connectivity.
• Resolve technical requests within the IT service framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support roles.
• Proven experience in IT Service Operation.
• Hands-on experience with Systems Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Network Administration.
• Expertise in desktop and application troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation from any discipline.
