Description

Support a nationwide equipment rollout and integration project involving hardware deployment and onsite technical support.

Responsibilities

• Install computers, printers, scanners, workstations, laptops, desktops, routers, and switches.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and connectivity issues during deployment.
• Clean up installation materials and prepare legacy devices for pickup and shipping.
• Provide customer service and educate employees on new systems and equipment changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hardware installation experience.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting desktop computers and peripherals.
• Ability to manage physical equipment deployment and logistics.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation for commuting within Charleston, WV, and surrounding areas.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with nationwide equipment rollout projects.
• Background in managing legacy device logistics.
