Description

Install and support hardware infrastructure for nationwide equipment rollout projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, routers, and switches.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and connectivity issues during deployment.
• Manage physical equipment logistics, including cleanup and legacy device pickup.
• Educate employees on new systems and provide technical support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hardware installation experience.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting desktop computers and peripherals.
• Ability to manage physical equipment deployment and logistics.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation for commuting within Charleston, WV, and surrounding areas.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with nationwide equipment rollout projects.
• Background in managing legacy device logistics.
