Description

Provide L1, L2, and L3 technical support for desktop environments and hardware.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows desktop environment and hardware issues.
• Handle technical escalations across L1, L2, and L3 support tiers.
• Manage desktop-related technical requests and system issues.
• Administer and support Linux operating systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Proficiency in Windows desktop troubleshooting and administration.
• Experience with Linux operating system support.
• Strong skills in desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Proven experience handling multi-tier support requests.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
