Description

You will provide technical assistance and hardware maintenance for onsite and remote users in Jacksonville, FL.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking connection issues.
• Configure and install desktops, routers, modems, and computer peripherals.
• Manage software updates, operating system upgrades, and routine system inspections.
• Support onsite new hire onboarding and provide basic computer operation training.
• Document support requests, complete job reports, and manage hardware/software purchase requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a desktop support technician or equivalent.
• Proven ability to deliver both in-person and remote IT aid.
• Strong diagnostic, installation, and system restoration abilities.
• Experience managing computer operating systems and essential software updates.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management and ability to work in a flexible environment.
• Bachelor's degree.
