Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of desktop hardware and software support, including imaging, asset inventory, and end-user delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Imaging and reimaging Windows and Mac operating systems using SCCM and Ghost utilities.
• Provision operating systems and software to workstations and laptops following documentation.
• Perform IMACD tasks, asset inventory, and delivery of PC equipment to end-users.
• Manage trouble tickets to document work events, resolve issues, and verify customer satisfaction.
• Support wireless devices including Android and iPhone, and maintain Microsoft Active Directory and GPO.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or similar IT roles.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Mac OS environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
• Experience with imaging utilities such as SCCM and Ghost.
• Ability to disconnect/reconnect workstations, peripherals, and phone equipment.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and safely move equipment using carts.
• Proficiency in using remote desktop connectivity applications.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
