Description

Provide onsite technical assistance and end-user support for hardware, software, and mobile devices in Kent, WA.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and related software.
• Manage the ticket queue to ensure resolution and closure within defined service level agreements.
• Perform onsite updates, configuration changes, data migrations, and hardware refreshes.
• Execute security and compliance tasks including access reviews, risk assessments, and facility inspections.
• Coordinate with vendors for warranty repairs and Level 3 support groups for service enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5 years of experience in desktop support or technical assistance.
• Proven expertise in Break Fix and Desk Side Support.
• Experience performing IMACDs (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes, Deletions).
• Proficiency in Data Migration processes.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis for escalated technical issues.
• Experience managing hardware vendor coordination for repairs.
• Knowledge of maintaining verification logs and compliance documentation.
• Participate in a rotational on-call schedule to provide escalation support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing IT support for onsite or offsite events, including AV coordination and site setup.
