Description

You will manage on-site hardware installation and technical troubleshooting for local users in Kirkwood, MO.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure computers, printers, scanners, workstations, laptops, routers, and switches.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and system issues for end users.
• Educate employees on system changes and equipment updates.
• Manage cleanup of materials and prepare legacy devices for pickup and shipping.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support.
• Hands-on experience with hardware installation and setup.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting networking hardware, including routers and switches.
• Ability to provide direct customer service and user training.
• Any graduate degree or equivalent IT training.
