Description

You will provide end-user technical support and hardware troubleshooting for desktop and laptop environments in Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Windows OS issues across Windows 7, 8, and 10 environments.
• Manage and support desktop hardware, laptops, and network printers.
• Install and troubleshoot MS-Office, Acrobat Reader, and other core applications.
• Handle Microsoft Outlook mail client installation and connectivity issues.
• Manage antivirus software and endpoint security tasks.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of industry experience in end-user support.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 7, 8, and 10 troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with MS-Office and Acrobat Reader.
• Experience managing and configuring network printers.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook mail client setup and troubleshooting.
• Experience with antivirus software handling.
• Average communication skills for user interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
