Description

You will provide L2 technical support and manage Windows Server environments. You will own the resolution of complex issues within defined SLAs and guide L1 engineers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Windows Server operating system and hardware issues.
• Administer Active Directory, including Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Forest/Domain trust relationships.
• Manage and test Windows patches regularly via WSUS.
• Monitor and manage backup applications, including various backup types and configurations.
• Implement and maintain network devices, print servers, and file servers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in server support and Windows Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IIS.
• Experience managing Group Policy (in depth) and PKI infrastructure.
• Proficiency in virtualization technologies including VMware and Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of File Replication Services and client authentication.
• Experience with antivirus management and security rights implementation.
• Ability to manage WSUS, Print Servers, and File Servers.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows Server environments.
• Experience working within Service-Level Agreements (SLA).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with certificate and PKI infrastructure management.
