Description

You will provide L2 technical support for Windows Server environments and guide L1 engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Windows Server operating system and hardware issues.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and domain trusts.
• Manage and test Windows patches via WSUS.
• Monitor backup applications and configurations.
• Implement and maintain network devices, print servers, and file servers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in server support and Windows Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IIS.
• In-depth knowledge of Group Policy and PKI infrastructure.
• Proficiency in VMware and Hyper-V virtualization.
• Experience with File Replication Services and client authentication.
• Ability to manage antivirus, security rights, and SLAs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows Server environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with certificate and PKI infrastructure management.
