Description

You will provide L2 technical support for server hardware and operating system issues.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot Windows Server administration and related operating system issues.
  • Provide L2 technical support to L1 engineers within defined SLAs.
  • Manage Active Directory policies, including Group Policy, Forest and Domain, and Trust relationships.
  • Test and upgrade Windows patches on a regular basis.
  • Monitor and manage backup applications and configurations.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in server support engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration and troubleshooting.
  • Deep knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Client authentication.
  • Experience managing DNS, DHCP, and IIS.
  • Proficiency with Virtualization technologies including VMWare and Hyper-V.
  • Experience managing PKI infrastructure and certificates.
  • Knowledge of File Server, Print Server, and WSUS Server management.
  • Experience with Antivirus, File replication Services, and network device administration.
  • Understanding of backup types, configuration, and management.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with computer repair and desktop support.
