Description

You will provide technical support for desktop, laptop, and printer hardware, as well as local networking devices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues for desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Configure, install, and deploy new desktop and laptop systems and local network printers.
• Manage user tickets within defined SLAs, including remote desktop troubleshooting and documentation.
• Coordinate hardware and software procurement with hiring managers and manage asset tag control and inventory.
• Support daily technical activities for desktop, data, and server management, including firewall and VPN troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in desktop and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with operating system installation, configuration, and driver updates.
• Proficiency in resolving local networking issues and managing network printers.
• Hands-on experience with firewall and Internet VPN remote implementation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to customize desktop applications to meet specific user needs.
• Experience maintaining ticket documentation and meeting SLA requirements.
• Background in asset management and inventory control.
• Any Graduate degree.
