Description

Provide Level 2 desktop support and technical assistance for the Columbus, OH office.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy new laptop and desktop hardware.
• Image machines for deployment across the desktop environment.
• Manage device configurations, DNS, and DHCP connectivity.
• Provide direct technical support to VIP and Executive staff.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a desktop support environment.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM.
• Proficiency with DNS and DHCP.
• Experience managing Group Policy.
• Proven track record of providing executive-level technical support.
• Ability to image and deploy hardware.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
