Description

Desktop Support L2 engineer responsible for troubleshooting and resolving IT issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and conference room hardware.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, peripheral, and software issues for local and remote users.
• Automate routine maintenance tasks and develop self-service solutions to reduce ticket volume.
• Manage hardware lifecycle including machine builds, reimaging, and refurbishing laptops.
• Coordinate office moves and install APs, phones, monitors, and meeting room AV equipment.
• Supervise third-party vendors and manage procurement and mobile contract needs.

Required Skills

• 7 to 20 years of experience in IT support environments.
• Proficiency in Windows desktop environments, specifically Windows 11.
• Experience administering Mac systems (40% Mac / 60% Windows focus).
• Hands-on expertise with Office 365, Duo, and Cisco VPN.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft AutoPilot for device provisioning.
• Networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, NIS, and DHCP administration.
• Experience using Jamf and Intune for device management.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems for request management.
• Strong English communication skills.
