Description

You will own the desktop support lifecycle for local and remote users, ensuring hardware and software stability across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and conference room hardware.
• Manage PC and laptop refreshes, including machine builds, reimaging, and hardware allocation.
• Automate routine maintenance tasks and develop self-service solutions to reduce ticket volume.
• Coordinate office moves and install APs, phones, monitors, and meeting room TVs.
• Supervise third-party vendors and manage procurement and mobile contract needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support and troubleshooting.
• Deep experience with Windows 11 administration and Windows desktop environments.
• Proficiency with macOS and Office 365.
• Hands-on experience with Duo, Cisco VPN, and Microsoft AutoPilot.
• Administration of DNS, NIS, and DHCP.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking setup and common configuration solutions.
• Experience using Jamf and Intune.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems.
• Strong communication skills in English.

• Experience supporting software engineers in a global office environment.
