Description

You will provide technical support for internal production crews, both onsite and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Deploy hardware, software, and technical services to production teams.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support to internal users.
• Manage asset reclamation and hardware collection during production wraps.
• Travel to various sites as required for equipment recovery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support roles.
• Proven experience supporting film and TV production environments.
• Hands-on experience with Jamf support.
• Desktop Technician expertise.
• Ability to work onsite at the London Hayes office.
• Degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
