Description

You will provide first-line technical support for end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and laptop problems, including operating system and application issues.
• Set up and configure new hardware and software for staff.
• Install and maintain network printers and other peripherals.
• Document and track support requests using the ticketing system.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or IT operations.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Experience with software installation and system maintenance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Manhattan, NY.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
• W-2 employment status only.
