You will provide service desk support focused on data collection and analysis to drive operational improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collect and collate data from various internal sources.
• Document and present findings from data analysis.
• Apply data modelling practices using graphical and visual analytical methods.
• Create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements based on data insights.
• Identify and understand customer and internal requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to analyze data sets.
• Experience with data modelling practices.

• Understanding of customer and internal requirements.
